Serving opportunities
There are many ways that you can serve the body of Christ here at New Covenant. Below is a list of Sunday morning opportunities. Find where He is calling you and fill out a brief interest form to get started.
Sound
The Sound team helps shape a clear and engaging worship experience and message by managing audio levels and ensuring every word, song, and moment is heard well during service.
Video
The Video team captures and broadcasts each service so that people online can stay connected to everything that’s happening. All skill levels are welcome!
Projection
Help minister alongside the worship team and platform speaker by running slides, lyrics, and media during services. All skill levels are welcome!
Worship
The Worship team leads the congregation in music and praise, helping to create an environment where people can connect with the heart of God during the service. Auditions are held as needed.
Kids Ministry
The Kids Ministry team creates a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn about God. Come share truth & have fun with us! (Background check required)
Youth Ministry
The Youth Ministry team helps disciple our students in 6th–12th grade through games, small groups, off-campus activities, and plenty of food and fun! Come join us on Thursday nights! (Background check required)
Security
The Security team serves our church family by welcoming guests, offering assistance, and quietly ensuring a safe and comfortable environment where everyone can focus on worship. (Background check required)
Ushers
The Usher team helps create a welcoming and orderly worship experience by assisting guests, leading people to their seats, receiving offerings, and serving communion.
Greeters
The Greeter team warmly welcomes guests as they arrive, helps create meaningful connections, and assists with whatever they may need.
Communion Team
The Communion team prepares communion to be served before services on the 4th Sunday of the month and helps facilitate a meaningful time of remembrance during the service.
The Café
The Cafe team serves coffee and tea before service, creating a warm and welcoming space where people can connect and feel at home.
Guest Team
The Guest team meets guests after services and gets them connected with who we are as a church, helping them feel welcomed and at home.
Food Pantry
The Food Pantry serves our community on Thursdays from 12–4pm by organizing and distributing food with care, compassion, and hospitality to those in need.
Building & Grounds Maintenance
The Building and Grounds team works outside maintaining gardens, mowing, shoveling, snow plowing, etc. Trade skills such as electrician, plumber etc. are always welcome!
Cleaning Team
The Cleaning team helps create a clean, welcoming environment by preparing and tidying the church so everyone can worship in a comfortable space.
